Giuseppe has gained considerable experience in the legal-accounting and tax fields at a national and international level as a member of the IASB-International Accounting Standards Board, of EFRAG-European Financial Reporting Advisory Group and of the Italian National Association of Chartered Accountants, vice president of the National Commission for the drafting of accounting principles, president of lnpact and of the National Association of Chartered Accountants Commission on rules of conduct in tax matters.
He is the author of numerous publications on tax, accounting, corporate and bankruptcy matters.
Qualifications and professional titles
- Degree in Business Administration, with honours, from the State University of Perugia, 1961
- Chartered accountant since 1964, enrolled in the Association in Milan earlier and in the Association in Varese since 2011
